Chambers of the heart
There are four chambers in the heart the left and right Ventricle, and the left and right Atrium.
Atrium chambersThe atrium are the receiving chambers. The left atrium receives blood back form the lungs after being replenished with oxygen. The right atrium receives blood from three veins, which carry blood from all of the different regions of the body. The left atrium then sends the blood down to the left ventricle. And same with the right atrium, it sends its blood to the right ventricle.

Ventricle chambersThe ventricles make up most of the volume of the heart and are located at the bottom of the heart. The right ventricle takes the freshly oxygen loaded blood from the lungs and pumps it through the body, and the left atrium takes the old blood and pumps it to the lungs.
